WCSI Founded in 1994
Westmoreland Casemanagement and Supports, Incorporated (WCSI) was founded in 1994 by the Behavioral Health and Developmental Services Program of Westmoreland County. The staff and Board of Directors aim to support and coordinate services for individuals and families that need behavioral health, intellectual disabilities, and early intervention services.
Then in 2000, WCSI partnered with Westmoreland-Fayette Workforce Investment Board and the Pennsylvania CareerLink to provide youth employment training.
WCSI (pronounced WIXIE), as the agency is affectionately called, opened its door with offices in Greensburg and Latrobe. Within the first five years, WCSI opened additional offices in Monessen and New Kensington.
WCSI Continues into the Future
WCSI now served 8787 children, adolescents and adults of all ages in Westmoreland and surrounding counties in the 2014/2015 Fiscal Year. These services are provided county-wide from our two service sites by over 200 dedicated employees.
