Information and referral is available to eligible youths ages 17 to 21 who call or visit a CareerLink office and would like more information on educational and vocational services.

Eligibility Requirements

The term "eligible youth" means an individual who meets the following requirements:

• Is not less than age 17 and not more than age 21
• Is classified as a low-income individual
• Is an individual who matches at least one of the following:
• Basic skills deficient
• Drug or alcohol addiction
• Foster child
• Homeless
• Lacking in transportation
• Law offender
• Physically or mentally disabled
• Pregnant or parenting
• Runaway
• School dropout
