- Financial Assistance
- Crisis response
- Behavioral Health treatments
The Behavioral Health Department at WCSI is a member of the Value Behavioral Health Network (VBH) for Targeted Case Management and Intake Services provided to Westmoreland County and surrounding western Pennsylvania region residents.
Additionally, the BH Department is a member of the Community Care Behavioral Health Network (CCBH), enabling WCSI to offer our quality services to Allegheny County clients wishing to exercise their right to choose their case management provider as outlined in HealthChoices, the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) managed care plan.
The BH Department also receives funding from the Behavioral Health and Developmental Services Program of Westmoreland County for many of our services.
While WCSI is a publicly funded organization, the BH Department is able to assist you in determining your insurance coverage and eligibility for services. Individuals with private insurance can access many clinical services directly through their insurance provider. An Intake Specialist will be happy to assess your coverage at the time of your call.
